🔔 Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Please stay tuned as we expand our reach in the near future.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

🛑 Delays & Lost Packages

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays with carriers may occur. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or marked as delivered but not received:

• Wait 24–48 hours (sometimes packages are marked delivered before they actually arrive)

• Contact us at support@modenaluxe.com

Note: ModenaLuxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. However, we’ll do our best to assist you with a resolution.

✏️ Order Changes or Cancellations

• If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

• Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
